Multi-Cloud Policy Management with NSX+

NSX+ Policy Management speeds up app and network infrastructure deployment across private and public clouds with a uniform policy framework, consistent networking and security controls, and automation delivered from a centralized cloud console.

It also enables self-service deployment with the ability to create a multi-tenant cloud environment that offers streamlined tenant onboarding, tenant isolation, and observability. Each tenant has its own roles, access controls, and networking and security controls over its assigned environment. This allows for increased flexibility across teams while maintaining strong oversight from networking and security administrators.

NSX+ Multi-Cloud VPC

The NSX+ virtual private cloud (VPC) model simplifies network consumption by extending VPC constructs beyond public cloud, allowing you to build a multi-VPC architecture across private and public clouds that abstracts away the complexities of underlying network constructs. IT can then enable self-service deployment with the ability to create a multitenant cloud environment that offers streamlined tenant onboarding, tenant isolation, and observability.

The diagram above demonstrates how the NSX+ Enterprise Admin can create a true self-service environment for their tenants. They provide a set of compute, networking and security resources to the admin who manages Engineering. The Engineering Project Admin can then further delegate responsibilities to other sub-groups using the multi-cloud VPC concept.

NSX+ multi-cloud VPC provides a simpler way for tenants to consume the networking, security, and load balancing they need for their workloads in a self-service manner and eliminate any friction in the app development and deployment process.
